Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?


Yes! We ask that each attendee bring an UNWRAPPED gift for a child between the ages of 0-17 years old. All toys collected will be delivered to the toy drive the next day.




I didn't have time to shop for a toy. What can I do?


No toy? No problem! We accept gift cards & monetary donations for the toy drive.




Will there be a cash bar?


Beer and wine is included in your admission ticket, and a cash bar will be available for additional alcoholic beverages. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.




What is the attire for the event?


Christmas Party / Cocktail attire is typical. Please note the space has concrete flooring, and there is a number of exciting things to see in each area of the room, so please wear comfortable dress shoes. Please layer your clothing. The room can be warmer or cooler than expected. It is advised to bring a jacket just in case you get chilly.




Am I allowed to donate a trip or other item for the auctions?


We would LOVE to have you donate an item for auction. Please contact us to discuss.




Are my donations tax deductible?


We are a 501c(3) & donations are charitable contributions. Please contact your accountant to discuss how much of your donation is deductible.




How many seats are at a table?


Each table has 10 seats. Purchasing a table ensures that all your guests will have the opportunity to sit together. Additionally, your company name will be listed on the table layout at entrance making it easy for people to find, as well as a custom table sign with your company name on your centerpiece.




I don't have all my guests names yet. Should I wait to reserve a table?


Even if you don't have the attendee names, please sign up your table early to ensure you receive the discounted pricing. You can add attendee names up to one week before the event.
